The BeYOUtiful Half Marathon is the race formerly known as Kings & Queens Half Marathon. 2021 will be the inaugural event. With the event taking place over Mother's Day weekend, the rebranding of the event felt as an appropriate way to celebrate not just the women we love, but the women and men who support them, too.
The BeYOUtiful Half Marathon is produced by Race Day Events. Race Day Events works with all types of events from small, community 5k/10K run/walks, to large multi-day bike rides, triathlons, and full marathons. Their goal is to put the participant first by creating accurate and well supported courses that are safe and fun. Their experienced staff strives to distinguish their events and host satisfying, innovative, recreational experiences.
Rickey started with Race Day Events in the spring of 2017 as a Weekend Warrior. He has been a Project Manager with Race Day Events planning races since summer of 2019. He is an avid runner and participates in all distances from 5Ks to Ultras. His current goal is to run a half marathon in every state. In his spare time you can find him running, hiking, woodworking, playing the piano and playing frisbee with his German Shorthair Pointer, Miles.
